Goals

Set long-term priorities until 2050, socio-economic development goals and objectives of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug until 2030, taking into account territorial development risks; develop a system of actions and mechanisms to improve living standards and quality of people’s life.

 

Methods and Project Scope

Carry out a comprehensive analysis of the region’s socio-economic development; study territorial development risks and assess their impact on the economy and the social sphere; differentiate the territory of the Autonomous Okrug in conjunction with development prospects for mining, transport, service and processing infrastructure and the workforce dynamics; prioritize the public policies of the Autonomous Okrug; build scenario-based forecasts for the region’s key development priorities, economic zones, economic poles / hubs; develop a set of actions to achieve the region’s strategic goals with a reasonable set of organizational measures and necessary financial costs.
