 2014-03-06 :: Preparations for the XIII All-Russian Forum "Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia" have begun.
February 27, Deputy Minister of Regional Development Valery Gayevsky chaired a meeting of the Organizing Committee for XIII All-Russian Forum "Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia", which will take place October 27-28, 2014 in St. Petersburg. The Organizing Committee of the Forum adopted the theme: "Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia: Updating of Strategies, Updating of Meanings".
The meeting was attended by the Director of Strategic Development and Public Policy in the field of spatial planning E. Chuguevskaya, representatives of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the Committee on Economic Policy and Strategic Planning, St. Petersburg, ICSER "Leontief Centre", JSC "Russian Railways", NRU "Higher School of Economics", the Union of Architects of Russia, the Foundation "Center for Strategic Research".
The purpose of the Forum 2014 - to promote meaningful renewal, rethinking of regional and municipal strategiesconsidering today’s realities: the continuing global economic instability and the need to accelerate regional development.
