2009-03-05 :: Meeting of Council of the Federation Committee on Federal Affairs and Regional Policies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation

On March 5, 2009 in Moscow Artur Batchaev, senior researcher of Territorial Strategic Planning Department of Leontief Centre took part in the meeting of Council of the Federation Committee on Federal Affairs and Regional Policies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

On the meeting preparation of the Round Table Development of Russian Regions in the conditions of Overcoming of World Economic Crisis Consequences, which is planned on March 26, 2009 was discussed.

Meeting was chaired by Galina Izotova, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Federal Affairs and Regional Policies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and Mikhail Dmitriev, President of Center of Strategic Research.

Also in the meeting participated deputies of State Duma, representatives of the RF Ministry for Regional Development, associations of economic interaction of RF territories, experts and scientists.
